Easy to find when you are come from Jl. Pasar Kembang to Jl. Diponegoro at left side. Now the location join together with Nike Factory. They have big parking slot, but still not enough if there are some occasions inside restaurants. At Fress One, we can find many cake product with various taste and style with standard price.

I fall in love with one of the beef bread that i've never see at Surabaya, you must try this kind of bread.

Once you get the taste of their pastries and breads, you will definitely be coming back another day here. They always make fresh products and have plenty of choices. It accepts cash and cards. You can also arrange and order engagement hampers here. Birthday cakes are also available made by order and sometimes they have several cakes ready. There are some beverages that you can also enjoy for dine in on the bakery. To my own experience coming here, the ambience is very nice and the employees are alright, but could've been better. Recently they freshen the bakery and change the interior layout, and it looks more modern now. There are plenty of car parking lots. They have seasonal pastries too! Definitely must visit bakery in Surabaya!

Always fresh, Hygienis and the quality of a five star loaf

A really nice bakery. Good selection of bread and cake, made of high quality ingredients. Everything is very tasty and quite cheap. Place is spacious, very clean, and arranged nicely. Its tart is kinda cute and mesmerising. Also offers engagement box.

Love the bread. Many choices and varieties of flavour. My Favorite will be the pumpkin and almond pie
